STANDARD DELIVERY / AUSTRALIA
All orders within Australia are sent via Registered Australia Post. Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. It can take up to 24-48hrs for your order to be fully processed. Once processed your order will be shipped the following day (excluding weekends). Standard delivery can take between 2 - 5 days depending on location. Tracking numbers are sent with the shipping notification of your order.
EXPRESS / SATCHEL
Express Next Day Delivery is sent via Australia Post Express Satchel. Tracking numbers are sent with the shipping notification for the order. Please note, that if your locations is out side city metro express shipping may take between 2-3 days.
Express Next Day Delivery service cut off is 3pm Monday - Friday est.
SAME DAY SERVICE / SYDNEY METRO
Same Day Service is available to a range of Sydney Metro locations. Please contact email@example.com to confirm your location falls with in our Sydney Metro Same Day Service. Please note Sydney Metro is calculated from KACEY DEVLIN Head Office location in Paddington, Sydney.
All Same Day delivery service orders require the delivery address to be attended from 9am - 6pm on the day of delivery. Same Day delivery service cut off is 3pm Monday - Friday.
If the Same Day Service is selected after the order cut off will be shipped the following business day from the Order Confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL / ORDERS
KACEY / DEVLIN offers shipping to several international locations. To enquire if we ship to your location please email firstname.lastname@example.org
All international orders are sent via Registered Australia Post. A tracking number is provided with your order. All international orders take between 1 - 15 days from the date of dispatch.
NOTE / All orders that are place on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday will not be processed and shipped till the following business working day.
ORDER CONFIRMATION / ITEM AVAILABILITY
Once your order has been place and your order confirmation will be sent via email confirming your order. Please note that the online inventory is not updated in real time, items may be sold out or not longer available at the time of purchase. If a sold-out or unavailable item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
If there are any changes that need to be made to your order, please contact head office immediately via email quoting you order number and name with the requested changes. Please note that once your order has been processed your order in unable to be cancelled and the standard returns policy applies.
